Kathryn and Justin's Visit

A couple of weeks ago, Kathryn and Justin came to see us for the weekend. We had such a great time visiting with them, as we always do. It was really fun to see Jackson and Tanner interact with each other, even though that meant a lot of fighting over toys and Tanner taking Jackson's pacifier. We always have such a good time anytime we are with Kathryn and Justin and we were so glad that they came. We got to swim that Saturday while the kiddos napped, and when Jackson woke up he got to join us. Tanner slept for longer so she only got to swim for a little while. That night, Tawny and Paxton and the kids came over to cook out and we had hamburgers and hot dogs. The kids decided to go swimming in their clothes (we do a lot of that around here), and they got such a kick out of playing in the fountain fully dressed. Eventually, some of the clothes came off for logistical reasons, but they had even more fun after that. Jackson was the smart one and watched from a distance. We had such a good time, and we can't wait to visit them next!


This is Jackson opening his first birthday present EVER!!! He turned one not long after their visit.
