On June 16, 2009, our friends Amy and Clifton welcomed their first child, Layton, into the world. He was 8lbs 14oz, and 21.25 inches long. He was born at 7:46pm. My friend, Lauren, and I went to see him the day after he was born. He looks just like Clifton!

Lauren with Layton. She is Layton's aunt, and she has a son named Cooper who turned one the day that Layton was born. They are the only two babies in their family, and they share a birthday!
