Tanner's Birthday

So, Tanner is officially 1 year old! For her birthday we went to Chili's and Tanner ate a cheese quesadilla and brocolli. The waitress brought out a cup of ice cream, and all of the waitresses gathered around and announced to the restaurant that Tanner was turning 1 and then they sang to her. It was really neat. She looked at them like they were crazy! It was pretty funny. She really likes ice cream. Not at all like me!! =) Then we came home and gave her the present that we had bought her. It is a little taxi cab called a Cozy Coupe, and she absolutely loves it!!! We pushed her all around the house in it and chased each other with her in it. She had a blast! Clinton did some police car driving with her in it where the back end would swing out as they came around a corner and she thought that was really fun. Earlier that day, her daycare teachers had given her a birthday balloon and she really liked it too. We had also gone to Walmart and picked out a new toy with the birthday money that her Grandma Addie had sent. We got a new activity table. It plays 50 songs so it keeps her interested. It also has a phone on it, and she walks around the house with it up to her ear. It is so cute! All in all, she had a really good birthday. I can't believe she has already gotten past her first birthday!
